Hi everyone, my name is Holly Bohlen & I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister, Kasey Richardson. I am sure most of you know Kasey, but in case you don’t I’ll describe her in a few sentences. Kasey is a wonderful wife to Justin & an amazing mother to Karoline (5 years old) & Grant (4 months old). She is a part-time dental assistant at Harper Dental in Madisonville, KY. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys being a homemaker and mom to her babies. To know Kasey, is to love her.

Kasey & Justin welcomed baby Grant into this world eight weeks early on June 24, 2023. His early arrival required him to stay in the NICU for a total of six weeks. Through complications surrounding the birth, the doctors became aware of multiple tumors in Kasey's liver. On October 19, 2023, Kasey was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroendocrine Cancer (NETS).

A treatment plan is currently being established between several oncologists. Kasey & Justin will travel to Lexington, KY and Houston, TX over the coming weeks to learn about different treatment plans. She will undergo immediate treatment once the team of doctors have settled on a course of action. This will require Kasey to remain off work, and Justin will only be able to work intermittently as he helps care for her and their children. Please lift Kasey, Justin, Karoline, & Grant up in your prayers. We know that God is the ultimate physician and HE IS ABLE!

Since treatment will require Kasey and Justin to be away from work, we are asking for both prayer and financial help. All donations will be used toward travel expenses and medical bills. Kasey & Justin would never ask for donations, but I know what a huge blessing it would be to them. Let’s rally around this precious family & show them our love and support during this dark time!
