As a User Experience Lead, I bring a wealth of experience in leading design teams, defining design strategy, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Currently, I am working with Jio, where I am responsible for designing and managing a seamless transactional platform for Enterprise and SMBs market to help merchants manage their money more effectively. Before Jio, I was a Senior Product Designer with PayU, where I played a key role in creating a painless and delightful checkout experience for customers while empowering SMBs to take charge of their payments and their business as a whole.
Prior to that, I was a Senior Lead Experience Designer with Infosys Digital and Wongdoody, where I contributed towards redefining brand and elevating the product design system. My expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and user testing, have enabled me to design internal products for teams spanning across Security/Risk, People Operations, Maps, and Data, while using both quantitative and qualitative data to solve problems.
In addition, I have experience in leading pre-sales and RFPs for design studios and advising on hiring processes unit-wise, leading BE revenue management for the unit.
