I'm Dave Omeiza, a Framer designer and developer based in Abuja, working with clients worldwide. For over five years I've designed and built websites end to end, with a focus on luxury real estate and hospitality, the kind of brands where the website has to feel as considered as the property itself. What sets my work apart is that one person handles both halves: I design it, then I build it. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, and the site that goes live is the one you approved, down to the motion and the smallest detail.

What I do
I take projects from first concept to live site: UI and UX design, then full Framer development. That means brand-led web design, responsive layouts, CMS setup, animation and interaction work, and the performance and SEO groundwork that keeps a beautiful site fast and findable. Because I design and develop myself, the vision stays intact the whole way through, and clients get fewer revisions, clearer communication, and a faster path to launch.
My focus is luxury real estate and hospitality, but I build for any brand that cares about quality and detail.

I'm the founder of Freyme Studio, a five-person digital design studio working remotely. When a build is bigger than one person, the studio lets me take on larger projects, brand systems, and multi-page sites at the same standard, without losing the hands-on detail that defines my solo work.
